How Do I Hold all those Sticks and Strings?!?!
Basically, there are 2 families of knitters: People who hold the string in their right hand, and people who hold it in their left hand. They are equally good for everything.
Here's an example of Right-hand-string, or English Style knitting.

And here is an example of Left-hand-string, or Continental knitting. This is usually how I do it.
Personally, I like knowing how to do both methods.
